There are plenty of rumours surrounding the life and legacy of shock rocker Marilyn Manson. Among the ones that don't involve his ribs and autofellatio is the suggestion that he's an ordained priest in the Church of Satan. Fortunately, a member of said organization has now clarified the artist's role in their organization.
It all started when Twitter user @rocknrollajc was in a debate with someone about Manson. In their exchange, the supposed factoid was dropped that Manson was an ordained priest.
One of the fact checkers at the Church of Satan must have been name-searching their organization, because they weighed in on the thread and clarified that Manson was far from ordained.
Now we just need Manson's doctor to clarify a) whether he got his rib removed to blow himself or not and b) if doing so would even help in that regard.

No. Almost 30 years ago he was given an honorary priesthood for his real world accomplishments at the time. That is not "ordained" nor is it related to anything he might say decades later.
