Teyana Taylor Takes Over Tour with Jeremih

She will now headline her own trek without Jeremih and reschedule her cancelled Toronto date

Yesterday (August 15), Teyana Taylor revealed she would be dropping off her joint "Later That Night Tour" with Jeremih, alleging that she was "extremely mistreated." Now, Taylor has made a pivot in revealing that she'll be headlining the remaining dates on the run.

Taking to Twitter today, Taylor announced that the "#LaterThatNightTour will now be the #KTSEOnAlseVII TOUR," adding that tonight's cancelled date in Toronto would be rescheduled.

Taylor stated that all future dates on the itinerary would remain the same and that she would keep vocalist DaniLeigh on the bill as her supporting act.

"I promised y'all I would work it out regardless," Taylor wrote, adding hashtags #womenempowerment and #LevelUp.

Taylor confirmed to a fan on Twitter that Jeremih had been removed from the tour, though a clear reason was not given. The vocalist had hinted that yesterday's split was caused by unequal billing and questionable behaviour from Jeremih, later alleging that the R&B singer and his team were actively working to sabotage her set.

Toronto promoter RapSeason confirmed tonight's cancellation, adding that refunds will be available at point-of-purchase for ticketholders. No mention was made as to whether original tickets will be honoured at the forthcoming make-up date.

Jeremih has yet to acknowledge the lineup change via social media. Of course, this isn't the first time a tour he's been a part of has gone sideways.
