We recently learned about Cape Dory, the debut LP from sunny pop duo Tennis. Now, we have a taste of that album, in the form of lead track "Take Me Somewhere." It's a sweet, peaceful waltz that bursts unexpectedly into a jaunty 4/4 bounce halfway through.

Cape Dory will be out via Fat Possum on January 18. There are also a handful of album songs streaming at MySpace, although judging by the sound quality of "Take Me Somewhere," the tracks have been re-recorded or remixed for the LP.
