Temple Volant

"Delphinity"

Quantity meets quality with Vancouver cassette factory 1080p. The label's collection keeps growing, with another new release adding to the pile each week or so. Making matters more overwhelming, they're all worthwhile listens — including the new Temple Volant release Daydream Drawings, whose "Delphinity" you can stream now.

Temple Volant is the project of Yellowknife-via-Montreal artist Sami Blanco, who made Daydream Drawings from both locales. The label says the 60-minute release, which arrives August 26, was made "with an Electribe sampler and collages of field recordings, ambient drones, noisier rhythmic textures & lo-fi bath folk."

For a taste, check out "Delphinity" below.

In addition, the release will be celebrated in real life with a release show on Saturday (August 23) at Redgate in Vancouver. More information on that event is available here.

You can pre-order the tape over here.
