A decade after the death of his Telefon Tel Aviv groupmate Charlie Cooper, co-founder Josh Eustis has revived the project for a new album.

Titled Dreams Are Not Enough, the fourth full-length album under the moniker arrives September 27 through Ghostly.

Eustis' revival of the name comes after "years of reflection and processing" which "gradually seeded in him a desire to revive TTA and venture a fourth full-length, in the spirit of what they started."

Alongside the announcement, Eustis has shared album track "standing at the bottom of the ocean;," which you could hear below. Dreams Are Not Enough is available for pre-order.

Dreams Are Not Enough:

1. I dream of it often:
2. a younger version of myself,
3. standing at the bottom of the ocean;
4. arms aloft,
5. mouth agape,
6. eyes glaring,
7. not seeing,
8. not breathing,
9. still as stone in a watery fane.
