Following the impression-heavy clip for "Faint of Heart," Tegan and Sara are back with yet another video from their recent LP Love You to Death. This time, they've taken on the track "Hang on to the Night."
The cartoon vid was animated by Lisa Hanawalt, the visual mastermind behind Netflix's BoJack Horseman. While it's not quite Will Arnett's character, this video also features an anthropomorphic horse who gets into all kinds of surreal adventures.
Speaking with Nylon, who premiered the video, Hanawalt said, "Saturated colours and gradients pair so well with music," adding that "bright, swelling purple can be as powerful as any words."
