Tributes to Gord Downie and the Tragically Hip have come in the form of a phone book cover, a commemorative stone and hockey jerseys, but Toronto's Talk Show Host are honouring the group through covering one of Downie's own songs for a charitable cause.
The band have covered the Hip's Phantom Power track "Fireworks," with all proceeds set to be donated to the Gord Downie Fund for Brain Cancer Research. The fund was established last year following Downie's diagnosis with terminal brain cancer.
