Montreal art-rockers Suuns previously confirmed that their sophomore album, Images du Futur, would arrive on March 5, so it's only natural that they've now announced plans to tour extensively in the coming months.
The outing will kick off in North America in early March. This leg includes 13 Canuck dates split between Ontario and Quebec. Then, following a few weeks of U.S. and European touring, Suuns will return to Canada in late May for West Coast shows in Victoria and Vancouver.

It shows a girl hanging out in the woods, singing along with the song, and digging a hole in the dirt before curling up and going to sleep.
Suuns frontman Ben Shemie said in a statement, "At first, 'Edie's Dream' started as a kind of nightmare, with burial themes and the cold and lonely woods. But gradually, it melted into a kind of bittersweet daydream. Edie is stunning, she is family to the band and at only 13, she carries herself with the poise and confidence of someone who understands the music, understands the cold, understands dreaming and its different layers."
While Images du Futur was previously confirmed to be coming out internationally through Secretly Canadian, Suuns have now inked a deal with Secret City here in their homeland. Read more about the album here.
