Sum 41 are once again giving us a taste of their upcoming Order in Decline album. This time, it's the record's "45 (A Matter of Time)," which has arrived via new video.

As you'll see, both the song and video are more than a little political. As a press release explains, "An honest statement from frontman Deryck Whibley, the song is his way of expressing how he feels about the current state of the world in the aftermath of the latest presidential election."

Watch the video for "45 (A Matter of Time)" below.

The song comes in the wake of such album tracks as "A Death in the Family," "Out for Blood" and "Never There."

Order in Decline arrives July 19 via Hopeless Records. Sum 41 will play a number of dates on the travelling Disrupt Festival this month, before performing at Toronto's Echo Beach in August. You can find their tour itinerary over here.
