Strung Out

Probably the strongest Live in a Dive session in the entire Fat Wreck Chords series. Not only is the recording production excellent, but also the sound crew miraculously seems to have captured Strung Out’s true essence live, not an easy task by any means. With a set list comprised from every Strung Out album, an excellent musical display of where the band has been and where it’s going is executed flawlessly. Not to mention a superb cover of Ozzy Osborne’s "Bark at the Moon.” Strung Out’s stupendous metallic melodic hardcore is nothing short of an aural orgasm. To top it off, front-man Jason Cruz is also an accomplished comic book illustrator and a sample of his other talent is included in the package. As far as live recordings go, ‘tis the cream of the crop, baby.
