Stones Throw Records Hits the Road For Showcase Tour

BY Josiah HughesPublished Apr 17, 2009

The hip-hop geniuses over at Stones Throw Records have announced that a hefty chunk of their roster will be heading out for a spring tour. James Pants, Mayor Hawthorne, Dam-Funk and label head Peanut Butter Wolf will be traversing the continent at the end of April and beginning of May. The trip will also include stops in Toronto and Montreal, though disappointed Vancouver fans should note that Bellingham is not a long drive from the border.

And by the looks of it, it will be hard for these performers to act like their label-mate and hire impostors to take their place, as both James Pants and Mayor Hawthorne are promising live music in their sets.
