The Spaceape's Passing, KEN Mode's 'Success' and Roger Waters' Pink Floyd Clarification in Our News Roundup
The modern world moves at a frighteningly fast pace. So if you're feeling guilty for being a bit out of touch, don't. After all, our news roundup will get you back on top of things in jiff.

As always, it was a busy week in music, with both a mix of good news and bad. On the positive front, we got word of a pile of new projects this week, including new albums from Canadian noise titans KEN Mode, Mike Patton and Anthony Pateras and Wu-Tang Clan, who revealed their anticipated A Better Tomorrow is headed our way via a nifty little portable speaker.

Fuck the Facts also talked to us all about their new Abandoned EP, which you can currently stream on Exclaim.ca., and rap king Kendrick Lamar told us all about his new single "i," as well as his recent work with Prince and Flying Lotus.

In slightly less positive news, Rage Against the Machine's Tom Morello got in a very public dispute with a Seattle restaurant, Roger Waters got pretty peeved that people still think he's in Pink Floyd and Peter Hook surprised no one by blasting the new memoir by former New Order bandmate Bernard Sumner.

Finally, we were sad to learn of the passing Kode9 collaborator and Hyperdub regular the Spaceape, who lost his battle with cancer.
