Someone Added Heartbreaking Tom DeLonge Footage to Blink-182's New Music Video
Next week, pop-punk megastars Blink-182 will issue California, their first major project to feature the Alkaline Trio's Matt Skiba filling in for estranged member Tom DeLonge. The absence of DeLonge has inspired some creative fan fiction, however, as people edit the new material to include his nasal croon. Now, DeLonge's been added to the band's latest music video.

Earlier this week, the current incarnation of Blink-182 shared a video for their solid comeback single "Bored to Death." The clip intercuts footage of the band playing in a small club with shots of some young models dressed as punks.

Now, someone has replaced those model scenes with footage of a forlorn DeLonge smashing guitars and wandering around the streets with his guitar. The shots are taken from his solo "New World" video.

When pieced together, the video is both heartbreaking and hilarious. Poor Tom DeLonge.

California hits shelves on July 1.
