For years, one thing has plagued the world's rockers — how do you shred on your guitar and go on your phone at the same time? Fortunately, Moscow-based luthier Artem Mayer has cracked the code by creating a working electric guitar out of 107 iPhones.
Mayer is a professional luthier who builds instruments through his brand Copper Guitars. On Reddit, he writes, "One day I had an idea: what if I could do a REAL COOL guitar out of iPhones?"
The answer, it would seem, is inherent in this bright, multi-coloured axe that features plenty of different iPhones (and at least one iPod) in a body shape reminiscent of the Fender Telecaster. It's the kind of product that would impress Steves Vai and Jobs simultaneously.
