So Kanye's Album Might Not Be Called 'Waves' After All

In the lead-up to his forthcoming seventh LP, Kanye West is being incredibly high-maintenance. The performer pretended he was bringing back his G.O.O.D. Fridays series before quickly kiboshing it. He's also gone through three album titles: So Help Me GodSwish and Waves. Turns out he's not done, however.

Speaking with Real 92.3's Big Boy earlier today (February 4), West said the album is still untitled. "We don't have a name yet," he told the show's host.

Of course, that means his entire public fight and subsequent make-up with Wiz Khalifa was all for nought. After all, that whole spat started when Kanye changed his album's name to Waves.

In the interview, Kanye also opened up about his chat with Wiz Khalifa after the fight. "We chopped it up, squashed it," he said of their beef. "For people who felt a way about the kids comment, I didn't mean it in a harmful way. I just saw my wife's initial and I reacted, cause that's my family."

It's worth noting that in the original fight, Kanye said of Khalifa's family, "I own your son."

"People be thinkin'… [Kim] is open season," he continued. "That's the mother of my kid! And I'm 'Ye. I don't want to act like I'm the toughest… but I want to act like a family man…. It was great to have closure, it was great to just talk and build."

Finally, he also responded to Drake's "Summer Sixteen" suggestion that he's got a bigger pool than Kanye. "I have three pools," Kanye said.

So Help Me Swish Waves will supposedly arrive on February 11.
