Last week, Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan announced that he was mixing up the band's lineup once again before embarking on their upcoming North American tour dates.
The acoustic portion of the tour kicked off earlier this week, and now video footage from Tuesday night's show (June 16) at the Carnegie of Homestead Music Hall in Munhall, PA, has surfaced online that showcases a special sonic treat for the audience.
Corgan and guitarist Jeff Schroeder (who's managed to stay in the band since 2007) played an acoustic medley of Gish. In under five minutes — yes, five minutes — they ran through segments of every song from the classic 1991 album.
