With spring just a couple of weeks away, it's high time we all get back into fitness mode. For Vancouver pop-rock duo Smash Boom Pow, this means they're gearing up for a bad-ass bocce tournament, with their sweat-heavy workout regimen on display in the video for their latest single, "Friends." You can catch a few behind-the-scenes routines now via an exclusive video stream on Exclaim!
The clip starts off with a lazy morning breakfast session before brothers Zane and Ulysses Coppard slip on some matching unis to train. Scored by the single's fun pump of percussion and spritely guitar hooks, the video goes on to display calisthenics, outdoor chin-up blasts and more before the pair bust out their balls for the big game.
