Recently, the shoegaze heroes have been uploading a string of photos showing them at work in the studio, hashtagging then "#slowdivelp5." The images have appeared on both the band's official Instagram and that of vocalist Rachel Goswell.
The last album from Slowdive was their self-titled reunion effort from 2017 — an album that marked their first in 22 years and first since 1995's Pygmalion.
So far, little else is known about the upcoming fifth Slowdive album, meaning we don't know its title or release date.
