Sixth & College "Acid Wash (We Don't Care)"

Sixth & College "Acid Wash (We Don't Care)"
The duo of Jeremy Porcha and Will Proulx met and started making music in their freshman year of college, merging their shared appreciations for soul, funk, trap and hip-hop styles. Though they've since split geographically between Savannah and Los Angeles, the pair continue to create music as Sixth & College — and Exclaim! has your exclusive first listen to their latest single.

"Acid Wash (We Don't Care)" opens with slowly jangling guitars and repeating "whoops" that loop into a hazy beat to underly rapped verses about summertime fun. The all-night party narrative carries over into a soothing hook that throws responsibilities and rules to the wind, softly but defiantly declaring: "We don't care."
