Sinner Reveal Glitched-Out Visuals for "Wraith"

BY Joe Smith-EngelhardtPublished Jan 23, 2020

St. Catharines metal outfit Sinner are preparing to head out across Eastern Canada, but before they tear it up on the road, the band are dropping a new music video for their latest single "Wraith."

The video for the track was produced by Single Mothers member Justis Krar while the song itself was produced by Nick Gunn and mastered by Cancer Bats guitarist Scott Middleton at Schoolhouse Studios.

"'Wraith' was the second tune we had written with our new guitarist, Steve Miller (no, not that one)," vocalist Phil Paxton tells Exclaim! "It came together so naturally. We wrote the beginning at the end of a practice and by the end of our next jam we had the whole song written. Kyle even wrote the lyrics to this song. I tweaked some words here and there but most of it is his work. We knew someone like Justis from IMMV could nail out a really cool video using old footage and that's exactly what he did."

Watch the premiere of the "Wraith" video below.

Sinner are headed out on a 10-date trek with Trauma Model kicking off February 21 in Halifax and capping off on March 1 in the band's hometown. You can check out the band's upcoming tour dates below.
