Columbus, OH punks the Sidekicks recently announced they had inked a deal with Epitaph Records to deliver their new LP, Runners in the Nerved World. Now, the band have revealed they will be hitting the road early next year to support their label debut.
As previously reported, Runners in the Nerved World hits retailers January 20, and the trip will start off just a few days later out in Brooklyn. Though most of the dates take place in the U.S., the Sidekicks will make to Toronto's Sneaky Dee's on February 3 and Montreal's Casa Del Popolo the next night.
Along the way, the Sidekicks will be joined onstage on various dates by Cayetana, All Dogs and LVL UP. You'll find all of the date and venue specifics down below.
As for Runners in the Nerved World, the Sidekicks have just offered up a pair of previews from the platter, which was recorded out in Seattle with producer Phil Ek (the Shins, the Walkmen, Fleet Foxes). Down below, you'll find the newly revealed "Summer Brings You Closer to Satan" and the early December leak "Jesus Christ Supermalls."
