Originally hailing from Sackville, NB, James Kilpatrick amassed a following as part of Shotgun & Jaybird and continues to catch the ear of Canadian music fans as Shotgun Jimmie.
He dropped by the Exclaim! office recently to perform a couple tunes as a one man band. First up is the fuzzy, nostalgia-inducing "Late Last Year," which appeared on his 2011 Polaris Prize long-listed album Transistor Sister.
