With Volume Two, Zooey Deschanel and M. Ward have continued to toe the line between happiness and melancholy that they do so well in their She & Him project. When we spoke with the duo last spring, it was those emotions they were most eager to talk about. They also mentioned the Chapin Sisters, a Los Angeles-based duo who now accompany them live. Fans will get a chance to see the sisters in action when She & Him embark on a brief North American tour this fall.
The run of shows kicks off in Salt Lake City on September 26 and continues throughout the United States. As the dates below indicate, there is a gap of over a month, so expect more dates to be confirmed, but for now, the jaunt concludes with a single Canadian show, at Vancouver's Orpheum Theatre on October 24. It will be their first time in Vancouver.
