​Sharon Van Etten Writes a "Love Letter to New York" in "Seventeen" Video

Sharon Van Etten is gearing up for the arrival of her latest LP Remind Me Tomorrow, and she's given us another glimpse at the new record with the release of "Seventeen."
 
The track is accompanied by a Maureen Towey-directed video that serves as a "love letter to New York," where Van Etten has lived for the past 15 years.
 
"She showed us around all her old haunts — the places that made her the musician that she is today," Towey explained in a statement. Amongst the old haunts are Cake Shop, Baby's All Right and plenty of subway rides.
