Toronto MC ShaqIsDope is gearing up for an opening set in his home city supporting Ty Dolla $ign later this week, and before he takes the stage, the rapper has dropped his long-awaited mixtape Black Frames.
The follow-up to his Early Beginnings: The Shaquille Baptiste Story mixtape, the new release sees the artist examine weighty subjects such as temptation and moral integrity over 12 new tracks. Production comes courtesy of Zhi, Seeo-Beats, FrancisGotHeat, AndreOnTheBeat, J-Wiz, Pitt tha Kid, Kelly Portis and Tha Jerm, with the lone feature coming from West9Phamily on bonus track "Bow My Head."
