Canadian country stars including Shania Twain and Dean Brody are coming together for a broadcast event in support of Canada's coronavirus pandemic relief efforts.
Next week, the five-night "Canada Together: In Concert" will feature intimate performances and conversations with 20 different artists. Every episode will feature an at-home performance of one song, an interview with the evening's headliner, and a featured organization or individual making a difference in their community.
Joining Twain and Brody are fellow Canadians Brett Kissel, Dallas Smith, Gord Bamford, High Valley, Jade Eagleson, James Barker Band, Jess Moskaluke, Lindsay Ell, MacKenzie Porter, Meghan Patrick, the Reklaws, Tenille Townes, Tim Hicks and the Washboard Union.
Additional performances will come from Luke Combs, Lady Antebellum, Morgan Wallen and Jordan Davis. You can find the lineup for each evening below.
All proceeds raised will be donated equally between Food Banks Canada and the Unison Benevolent Fund to support Canadians during the pandemic. Additionally, Spotify will match every dollar (up to $10 million USD globally) provided to the Unison Benevolent Fund with their #SpotifyMusicRelief project.
The series premieres during ET Canada on April 20 at 7:30 p.m. ET on Global and will air the following four weeknights. The series will also be broadcast simultaneously on Corus country radio stations Country 105, CISN Country 103.9 and Country 104.
