The annual EDM-geared Shambhala Music Festival will once again be taking place this summer, and organizers have just announced several dozens acts making their way to BC's Salmo River Ranch for the 19th edition of the fest.

Among the headliners this year are the likes of Rusko, the Roots' Questlove, AlunaGeorge, Roni Size & Krust, Keys N Krates, Cut Chemist, Boys Noize, Felix Da Housecat, Gorgon City, Z-Trip, DJ Nu-Mark, Green Velvet, Snails, Nightmares on Wax, Andy C, Caspa, marshmello, TroyBoi, Gaslamp Killer, Skratch Bastid, and XXYYXX.

As in years past, the artists will be spread out across six different stages on the Shambhala grounds when the festival takes place on August 5 to 8 in Salmo, BC. A full lineup reveal, as well as a breakdown for who plays where, will be unveiled on April 11.

While there's been buzz the last little while over whether the Canadian festival circuit would be impacted by the economy, Shambhala organizers report that their event is doing even better than ever. Truth is, the fest was sold out before today's announcement.

A statement explains:

While many have speculated in recent months about how a low Canadian dollar would impact Canadian festivals, a glance at the 2016 Shambhala lineup shows its resilience and diversity, reminding us all of why Canada's premiere electronic music festival sold out in record time this year, well ahead of announcing a single headliner, for the first time in its history.

Sadly, it looks as if you may have to hit the secondary market if you want to make it up to Shambhala.
