Hey, have we mentioned it's festival season yet? Uh, right, we have. Well, there's another kick-ass annual Canadian fest happening this summer to add to the list: the S.C.E.N.E. Music Festival 2010. The first batch of confirmed bands and ticket info has been announced for the event, which is going down in downtown St. Catharines, ON on June 27.

The festival will feature a shocking 160 bands on 17 stages and 13 venues (and a free compilation for ticket buyers, to boot), all in one day. The first four confirmed bands make up a suitably diverse microcosm of what the full roster will look like.

The many-membered Torontonian hip-hopping unit Down with Webster are going to be rocking the fest, as are Vancouver hardcore dudes Grave Maker, Toronto popstress Lights and rising Canuck rapper Shad, whose "Yaa I Get It" video is available to check out in our Click Hear section.

So, four down, 156 bands to go. Expect more announcements soon.

Advance tickets will only be $25 (plus applicable service charges) and go on sale Saturday (May 1). Head here for ticket information.
