Sepultura

"DarkSide"

We're going to have to wait a bit before Sepultura put out their new, fan-saluting "Under My Skin" 7-inch, but there is some new music from the band to stream right now. Via a team-up with Brazilian publishing house DarkSide Books, the band have unveiled a quick crusher called, fittingly, "DarkSide."

Described in a press release as being "inspired by the darker side of literature," the song barrels forth via a barrage of ceremonial stomps, wobbly whammy-bar leads and decidedly damaging guitar chugging. You can stream or download the freebie down below.

Tying it all together, guitarist Andreas Kisser had previously done some work for DarkSide Books by providing a foreword to DarkSide's Black Sabbath biography, Destruição Desencadeada.

The "Under My Skin" single, meanwhile, lands June 5 via Nuclear Blast, right before the band takes off on their North American tour.
