We already knew that the sixth instalment of SappyFest would feature an impressive lineup including the Sadies with John Langford, Bonjay and Little Scream, among others. Now, festival organizers have announced even more performers, and the bill is quickly shaping up to be one of the must-see events of this year's festival season.
Among newly announced artists performing from July 29 to 31 in Sackville, NB, are: Owen Pallett, Chad VanGaalen, Jim Bryson, Grimes, Charles Bradley, Jennifer Castle, Daniel Romano, Apollo Ghosts, Ladyhawk, Julie Doiron, the Acorn, Shotgun Jimmie, and Greg Macpherson.
The official early bird sale is done, but SappyFest will be selling last-chance early bird tickets for the next week only. Full weekend passes will cost you $75 and can be purchased from Ticketpro or at Thunder & Lightning Ltd. in Sackville.
