Sanctums "Satellite Past Tense" (video)
After releasing their Tongue, Teeth, Lips EP earlier this month via Close to Modern, Calgary electronic duo Sanctums are gearing up to release another EP. Now, we get visuals from the first leak from that record.

Musically, "Satellite Past Tense" sees the act at their most accomplished, all dense atmosphere, controlled melody and pristine beats.

The track's treated to a suitably complex video courtesy of Sanctums member Evangelos Typist and his collaborator Bryce Maruk. The clip's comprised of digital shapes and patterns that shift through kaleidoscopic changes while retaining a keen sense of symmetry.

Check out the video for "Satellite Past Tense" below and look for the band's new EP MM001 when it drops on May 31 via the newly minted Calgary label Modern Math Recordings.
