Focusing on two of 2014's most acclaimed artists, the latest episode of PBS's Austin City Limits featured performances from UK singer Sam Smith and Baltimore's art-pop disruptors Future Islands.
The former kicked off the show with a cinematic performance, performing his In the Lonely Hour hits alongside his Disclosure collaboration "Together" and two Whitney Houston covers.
Then Future Islands came out and powered through tracks from their Singles LP, as well as one from On the Water.
