Iron & Wine's Sam Beam and Ben Bridwell of Band of Horses recently unveiled their plan to team up for a collaborative covers album, and they showed off one their reworked renditions on The Late Show with David Letterman last night (April 15).
For the broadcast, they delivered their take on Unicorn's "No Way Out of Here," backed by a stage full of supporting musicians (including Paul Shaffer). You can see the late-night performance below.
They've also shared a studio version of the aforementioned tune, as well as the album version of Sade's "Bulletproof Soul," and you can scroll past the clip from Letterman's show to give those a listen.
The pair's Sing into Your Mouth will be out this summer through Black Cricket Recording Co./Brown Records/Caroline International.
