Said the Whale Head Out on Canada-Friendly North American Tour
Having recently chronicled their U.S. tour with a CBC documentary, Vancouver indie rockers Said the Whale are now hitting the road in North America once again.

The 19-date outing includes a number of shows in Canada, plus six dates south of the border. After beginning the trip in the northern U.S., the band will head east as far as Montreal before touring their way back to British Columbia. See the full schedule below.

As previously reported, the band have been hard at work on the follow-up to 2009's Islands Disappear. A number of pictures on their blog show them recording in Vancouver's Blue Wave Production Recording Studios.
