Said the Whale "We Are the Music: Musicians for (Spare) Change" ft. Dan Mangan, Hannah Georgas (video)
Vancouver, BC pop rockers Said the Whale are currently in the midst of the Peak Performance Project, a battle of the bands contest with a grand prize of $150,000. As a challenge for the competition, each band had to create a video. Below, you can see Said the Whale's entry: an over-the-top, "We Are the World"-style clip called "We Are the Music: Musicians for (Spare) Change."

It features cameos from Dan Mangan, Hannah Georgas and members of the Awkward Stage, Bend Sinister and We Are the City.

Below the Said the Whale video you can see another clip from the contest, this one by 41st and Home. In it, the Vancouver rockers, uh, strip down to their skivvies, wax each other and lie down in a bed covered with roses.
