Ryan Adams caused a lot of excitement when he recently revealed that he's working on Liz Phair's new double album, but the songwriter hasn't forgotten about his own upcoming LP. In the lead-up to Prisoner's release, Adams has unveiled another new song.
"Doomsday" follows "Do You Still Love Me?" and "To Be Without You," and it blends wailing harmonica, ringing acoustic guitars and emotion-soaked vocals into a love ballad for the end of days.
Listen to "Doomsday" below.
Prisoner is out February 17 through Pax-Am/Blue Note/Capitol.
