Run with the Kittens and Spiral Beach Lined Up for Ontario's Suncrash Charity Music Festival
With about a million Canadian summer music festivals happening almost weekly, it's often hard to decide which to hit up and which to pass up. And the Suncrash Charity Music Festival isn't making that decision any easier.

On August 1, the third annual event will go down near Orillia, ON, and since charity is important, it's one worth checking out.

With a quaint conglomeration of Toronto acts like punchy comedic rockers Run with the Kittens  and dance pop act Spiral Beach, the fest is sure to provide some much-needed upbeat fun far away from the smoggy city. After the show, party with fellow festival attendees at the all-night DJ dance party, or showcase your musical talent on Suncrash's open-mic side-stage.

Included in the $40 ticket price is a camping space, as well as a ride to Orillia on a shuttle bus that departs from Toronto's Christie Pitts Park.

Proceeds from ticket sales will help support the Green Havens Women's Shelter, the Wildlife Sanctuary and the Orillia Community Gardens.

Tickets are available at Sound Scapes and Rotate This, or email [email protected] for more info.
