We're not entirely sure when Run the Jewels will officially issue their long-awaited Meow the Jewels project, but El-P has offered up yet another snippet apart from the rest of the litter. This time, you can hear how guest producer the Alchemist kicked up RTJ2 number "Crown" as the decidedly more cat-friendly "Creown."

As you'll discover through one of El-P's Instagram posts, his Run the Jewels partner Killer Mike pretty well sounds great backed by any soundscape. Instead of the menacing, synth-driven swing of the original, Mike's bars about rapping in the trap come supported by the a militia of mewling Meow Mix munchers.

It's just a taste, mind you, but you can check out the snippet down below. In case you missed it, Run the Jewels treated us to a snippet of the Dan the Automator-delivered "Angelmeowster" in May.
