Arcade Fire Album Art Leaks

Over the weekend, Arcade Fire's new "Reflektor" single was subject to an early leak. Now, the artwork and tracklisting for the band's upcoming Reflektor album has allegedly faced a similar fate.

Pitchfork points to the above image, which was unearthed by Arcade Fire Tube. The image is said to be the cover for the new album, and features a sculpture by Auguste Rodin with a scene from the legend of Orpheus and Eurydice.

The site also uncovered a rumoured iTunes New Zealand listing for the record. With "Reflektor" listed as the opener, none of the other songs have been filled in yet. However, the listing features 13 songs, and they're grouped into what looks like two separate albums, suggesting Reflektor just might be a double album.

Finally, Montreal fans should take note that the Arcade Fire are rumoured to be performing tonight (September 9) at Montreal's Salsathèque. Arcade Fire Tube uncovered a poster for the event, which is said to start at 9 p.m. and cost $9.

Arcade Fire's Reflektor is set to arrive October 29 via Merge.

Another new trailer for the album is available below.

UPDATE: Arcade Fire will play the season premiere of Saturday Night Live on September 28.

UPDATE 2: You can also now check out an interactive video for "Reflektor" here.

UPDATE 3: Pre-orders have begun for Reflektor over here. As suspected the record will be a double album, arriving digitally and as two-CD and two-LP physical packages. And yes, that's the final artwork above. The band also write on their website that they're preparing for a world tour, which we're guessing will be announced shortly.
