Published Mar 06, 2013Following last year's We Were Born to Glory, Toronto-based songsmith Royal Wood has unveiled an eye-grabbing video for the soaring album cut "The Glory."
The clip utilizes stop-motion animation and extremely realistic-looking dioramas of natural landscapes. The shots are intercut with footage of Royal Wood seated at his keyboard, and guest vocalist Sarah Slean eventually shows up in a cloud of stars for the cosmic crescendo.
According to a press release, director Adam Makarenko built 28 sets over three months, with some shots taking 13 hours to film. Scroll past Royal Wood's tour schedule to watch.
