It's been two years since psych-rock great Roky Erickson came out of hiding to deliver True Love Cast Out All Evil, his first LP of new, original material in 14 years. Considering the gap between fresh albums, it might not be surprising that the songwriter has yet to announce a follow-up to that set. He will, however, be back on the road this fall.
A list of tour dates were revealed on Erickson's website, and the itinerary confirms he'll be out for a series of shows between late October and mid-November. One of those dates takes place in Canada, and it will be at Toronto's Lee's Palace on November 3.
Joining Erickson on the tour dates will be Brooklyn retro rock unit Nude Beach, who just started up a tour of their own earlier this week. You can check out Erickson's dates below and Nude Beach's entire sked over here.
