Roger Waters Returns to Canada on "US + Them" 2017 Tour

Once again Pink Floyd alum Roger Waters is getting set to hit the road. This time it will be for the newly announced "Us + Them" tour, which will head to the U.S. and Canada.

The tour promises a mix of "classic Pink Floyd, some new songs and solo work," according to a press release, all the while giving fans "highlights from Waters' groundbreaking body of work." Of course the name of the tour comes from the song "Us and Them" from the classic Pink Floyd album The Dark Side of the Moon.

For Canadian fans, they will get a chance to experience the tour in such cities as Toronto (where Waters will play two shows), Quebec City, Montreal, Ottawa, Edmonton and Vancouver. And while not yet officially announced, a Winnipeg show is also promised.

"We are going to take a new show on the road, the content is very secret," said Roger Waters in a statement. "It'll be a mixture of stuff from my long career, stuff from my years with Pink Floyd, some new things. Probably 75 percent of it will be old material and 25 percent will be new, but it will be all connected by a general theme. It will be a cool show, I promise you. It'll be spectacular like all my shows have been."
