Robert Plant Maps Out North American Tour, Unveils Duet with Chrissie Hynde

Robert Plant will release his latest LP, Carry Fire, next month, and he's just revealed plans to take the new material on the road next year.
 
The former Led Zeppelin singer will tour North America with his current band the Sensational Space Shifters, beginning in Raleigh on February 9. The run of shows will make a single Canadian stop in Toronto on February 17, before wrapping up in Los Angeles on March 2. Additional dates are expected to be announced soon, but you can see Plant's complete itinerary so far listed down below.
 
Registration for Ticketmaster's Verified Fan presale is open now and will remain so until tomorrow (September 27). Following that, tickets will go on sale to the general public on Friday (September 29). More dates are also promised to be added.
 
In addition to the tour news, Plant has also unveiled another song from his upcoming album. "Bluebirds over the Mountain" features a guest appearance from the Pretenders' Chrissie Hynde, and you can give it a listen down below.
 
It follows previously shared album cuts "The May Queen" and "Bones of Saints."

Carry Fire arrives on October 13 via Nonesuch/Warner Bros. Records.
