Published May 01, 2014The Ontario town of Elora is fairly small in population, but its profile has been raised among music fans since the founding of Riverfest Elora in 2009. Now in its sixth year, the festival has confirmed the performers for the 2014 edition, which will take place from August 22 to 23.
This year's lineup includes Blue Rodeo, Dan Mangan + Blacksmith, Young Galaxy, Charles Bradley and His Extraordinaires, Arkells, Serena Ryder, the Strumbellas, Kim Churchill, Elliott Brood, Jadea Kelly, Odd Years, Quartette, Eccodek, Snack!, Messenjah and more.
The festival will also include local food and drink vendors and an Artisans Alley with local art. All this will take place at Elora's Bissell Park.
Weekend passes cost $75, while a Friday ticket is $40 and a Saturday ticket is $60. The passes go on sale on May 16, and the one-day tickets will follow at a later date. Go to the festival's website to learn more.
