"Road to Riverfest Tour" Gets New Swears, the Drew Thomson Foundation and Cleopatrick

Riverfest Elora is set to celebrate a decade of music-making this year, and in wasting no time in getting the festivities started, organizers behind the event have announced a celebratory tour to mark the occasion.

The "Road to Riverfest Tour" will feature Ottawa party punks New Swears, London's the Drew Thomson Foundation and Cobourg outfit Cleopatrick performing seven dates across Ontario throughout the month of May.

They'll kick things off in Hamilton at This Ain't Hollywood on May 2, before making stops in London, St. Catherines, Peterborough, Guelph, Windsor and Toronto. You can find a complete tour itinerary below.

The "Road to Riverfest Tour" series will see past, present and future Riverfest Elora performers roll through various venues throughout the summer as part of the flagship event's 10th anniversary. The 10th edition of the festival will take place from August 17 to 19 at Bissell Park in Elora.

A lineup announcement for the fest's 2018 edition is set to be made March 22.
