A few weeks back, Swedish hardcore legends Refused announced additional dates to their current swell of reunion shows, including a stop at Vancouver's Vogue Theatre on August 27. It seems as if BC will be treated to a bonus show, though, as the band have announced they've booked an extra night at the venue.
A quick Facebook message from Refused confirmed the additional performance, stating: "Vancouver, due to overwhelming demand we are adding a second night at Vogue Theatre."
The band didn't deliver the details on when the show will take place, but it would stand to reason that it will happen on the night after their already announced date, meaning this additional show will most likely take place on August 28. The band have nothing else on their tour docket that night, and the venue currently has nothing else booked on August 28 either.
UPDATE: The Refused camp has now confirmed that the new Vancouver show date is in fact August 26, not August 28 as we initially suspected.
Tickets for the added show go on sale tomorrow (May 30) over here for fanclub members and to the public on June 1 at 10 a.m. PST.
As previously reported, Refused will also make their way to Montreal, Toronto, Calgary, and Edmonton this summer. You can see the dates down below.
