Real Estate have been dropping hints about their new album for some time, and now they've finally announced their third full-length. Atlas will be out on March 4 through Domino.
The album is made up of 10 songs; check out the tracklist below [via Pitchfork]. Scroll past that to watch a video for "Talking Backwards," which emphasizes the peppy side of the outfit's dreamy jangle-pop sound. The video is a very low-key affair that mixes studio footage with some grainy shots of the band hanging out. The clip was filmed by Charles Poekel.
Atlas is the follow-up to 2011's Days. It's available to pre-order on iTunes.
