Re-Up Gang

Of all the ignorant hip-hop released in the last year, the Re-Up Gang are one of the best. If you can handle the consistent bragging and drug-dealism, then the rest is easy — the group of four mesh and their individual styles complement the production. Pusha T, Malice, Ab-Liva and Sandman have become mixtape favourites recently and seemingly that has shown them what the fans want. "We Got It For Cheap” is a hot single and "Street Money” is catchy, while "Money” just works. The downside is that there are no Neptune beats and most of the production appears to be B-list leftovers. At the very least, you’ll be impressed with how they make one topic last through 13 songs.
