Rakim hasn't delivered a full-length affair since 2009's The Seventh Seal, but that's not stopping the iconic hip-hop spitter from showing off his technique this spring. Reports confirm that Eric B.'s former bandmate will make his way into Canada this week for a handful of dates.
The seven-show stint starts up this Thursday (May 17) at Montreal's Underworld, and Rakim will make his way westward from there, capping the trip at Vancouver's Fortune Sound Club on May 27. Interestingly, he will do some backtracking on the trip, bouncing from Edmonton to Saskatoon before heading into BC.
