Over the weekend, Radiohead kicked off their latest tour in Miami with a couple of new tunes. We admit, the fidelity of fan-made vids for new tunes "Identikit" and "Cut a Hole/Skirting on the Surface" are a little lacking, but it does give a bit of a sense of what we can expect in the future from the long-lasting English troupe.
"Identikit" is a bit of a slow-burner, driven by some light drum skittering and an almost schoolyard-style chant. You can just make him out, but you'll notice Thom Yorke doing a ravey two-step before laying out some warped synth lines atop the chill groove.
"Cut a Hole/Skirting on the Surface" plays it equally low-key until the group explode into a psychedelic and eerie descending riff that could sidle up to something from Pink Floyd's early output.
